CRISS-CROSS
Have you ever seen the movie, “Strangers on a Train?”
If not, please take a moment to find (YouTube Link below) and watch the movie—it’s one of Hitchcock’s best.
Once you’ve seen the movie this entry will have more meaning to you.
I am now thinking about developing a Criss-Cross Caregiver’s Community inspired by the basic premise of the movie, “Strangers on a Train.” There have been multiple versions of this movie thus indicating that the key storyline has a universal appeal. Momentary musings on the plan divulged in the Movie not only fuels my imagination but also allows me to see a way out. Albeit an unconventional and perhaps controversial way out. And maybe even a tad dangerous–but–a way out, nevertheless.
As a Caregiver, belonging to such a community may bring you solace but may also come at a risk. A risk that could threaten the little bit of freedom that you don’t think you have.
L.O.L. Just kidding…
However, 4 Reasons known only to my Caregivers Conscience, I cannot make such a commitment. And therefore, this particular way out is not an option.
But at least you got see a good movie—it’s a classic!
